Bring a friend (of the appropriate age) along to the class you are enrolled in. This is a great opportunity for all children who might like to try being ‘dramatic’ (on stage… and maybe in real life, why not?!!) but are not sure what it’s like and what to expect from it.

This term at Brickworks we’re focussing on Improvisation skills across all our classes. Improv is all about creating characters and scenarios on the spot – no rehearsals! It’s a fantastic way for your child to learn to overcome their fear of “getting it wrong” (getting it wrong in improv can be so much fun!); to build on their teamwork skills; to explore their imagination; to gain confidence in public speaking; and to become more flexible with their ideas. Plus it’s a super fun way to spend an hour with your friends – no screens required! We still have a few spots available in some classes, and we’re looking forward to another fun term at Brickworks Drama School!
