Mon 29 Sept – “How-To” Videos Gone Wrong (Acting for Camera)

Creating instructional videos is easy, right? Hmmm… Today we work on camera to teach cooking, sports, crafts – whatever the kids think you need to know… The only problem is, each and every time something goes wrong, with disastrous results! Maybe these should be called “How-Not-To” videos…

Tuesday 30 Sep – Magic Art Gallery (Stage Composition)

Who said we need to go to the Louvre to see wonderful paintings? Today, we recreate striking artworks and bring to life the stories that might lie behind them! Move over Mona Lisa – Brickworks will take it from here!

Wed 1 Oct – “The Spooky Kooky Castle” (Storytelling)

Is it too early to think about Halloween? We don’t think so! Welcome to our Spooky Kooky Castle, home to all sorts of friendly ghosts, skeletons, black cats, and witches! We’ll meet them all today, as they prepare to go trick or treating 👻🐈‍⬛️🧙‍♀️

Thurs 2 Oct – Stage Stars (Musical Theatre)

Yay! Back by popular demand – Meghan and Cherie from Stage Stars are here, to help us perform our own musical theatre number today! You don’t have to be a confident singer to join in the fun. Soloists and chorus singers will all have a blast today!

Fri 3 Oct – “The Living Garden” (Physical Theatre)

Spring is here and a magical Te Atatū garden is waking up. Who will we discover in the backyard today? Bashful bugs, fussy flowers, crafty cats, brilliant butterflies – anything’s possible! Join us, as we welcome springtime with a cast of colourful characters 🐞🌺🐈🦋
